Polycarp 55:

A man's search for grace in all the unusual places. I may amuse, I may stand accused, I may anger you, but all in all I am a sinner, in a need of a righteous God, just like y'all.

EXFM Songs

Polycarp 55 - Deconstructed

Heretical Jukebox

A place where I can share songs that I find encouraging. But the songs are not written to share the gospel. This is an example of what Prager University calls 'Unadulterated liberty: 'Let us not decide what is good, but let it be considered good not to decide it.'
However, there is no reason that God can't use these songs to benefit man's spirit. I hope to write why I felt these songs should be added to my Jukebox. Or at least to share how these songs made me feel.

Men Beating Drums

Here I pose the questions a that stomp me, "What does it mean to be a man in the face of God? What is man to the church? To his home? To his relationships? To other guys? I don't have the answers, but I do have questions.

Sermon Responses

Every week I will attempt to write a short piece of fiction that connects to the sermon by David Martin at Redeemer Presbyterian Lakeland, Florida.
I am a big fan of science fiction, fantasy, horror, star- biographies, and Michael Chabon. The stories will reflect my whimsical nature. I pray that I respond to the service and worship kindheartedly. I hope these stories encourage you, and am interested in your responses.

Experts on the Bible

When doing my bible study at times I am lost? Then I counsel with the giants; Luther, Henry, Calvin, and other notable names. If they say something profound, or valuable I place it here.

Book Reviews

As I finish "Christian Books", or books on Faith. I will write a review for that work.
