God offered a clearance sale of Rome's Idols and Precious Objects to the Vandals. Past relics stood between holy Ground. Spared Roman Churches were now at the center of Roman Life. Thankfulness arose in the hearts of the Christian Citizens. They thanked the Vandals and their lucky-stars; but they failed to thank God's rescuing hand.
